Customer Challenge

Matt Topkins, designer, and Rhys Dousburg, builder by trade, set up a new design & build company, when they saw a gap in the market for clients to better understand the process between architects and builders. 

They thought of a new seamless approach to enable clients to get the best out of their available space – right through to personalised interior design to suit the client’s lifestyle.

But how to deliver that with the right tools and processes from the get-go? As a startup on a tight budget, Inline Design needed practical advice on appropriate technology, which would change over time as the business developed. 

Matt had previous training and support from Caduceus in an architectural firm, giving him confidence to do his best work. Because of the strong trust relationship, he called on Caduceus without hesitation for the new venture…

Casework has been a key for us. I completed days of work in the first couple of hours of using it. It’s an amazing time-saver; highly recommended. We can now build unique spaces that don’t cost the earth – in dollars or in excess resources.
